Painted Calipers - Blue, Red, or Neither?
#11
IMHO, with the black rims the red calipers will really pop.
I have a 05 V6 that I bought the grey ford gt take-off rim/tire package a long time ago. When I had to replace the rear calipers due to being frozen, I went with red painted from rockauto. Even with the grey rims I like the way they look.

I ended up going with Blue calipers. Not Grabber blue, but Duplicolor DE 1606 Ford Dark Blue. I think it looks good, it's subtle, not a real pop like the red or Grabber Blue. The local Autozone store had three Ford Blue's by Duplicolor, engine enamel spray cans to choose from. The color I choose my closely matches the blue on my Tri-Bar Pony center caps. Pics to follow to soon.
I am happy with the color of the calipers but I hate the look of the tires I chose. Need a bigger side wall.
