There are different ways to attach it. You can use the provided alligator clamps hooked up to the battery and run the cord to the front of the grill or use the pig tails. Barry has an adapter that is connected to the cigarette /aux. plug. Or you can hook it up and disconnect it all. I'm just curious as to what the majority is doing.
