Default top speed

i was wondering how to increase the top speed of the car, because with the govenor off, we are not able to exceed 140ish (as i hear)

I've been up to 130MPH before in my car and felt I could have gone faster. I will test that out once I get rid of these cheepy stock tires and rims.

Umm probably more like 130ish at best with stock fuel injectors.

Oh one more thing, why in the hell do you want to go so fast, man you keep toping out your car and you will have a one way express ticket to death.

well here we have closed off circut street areas (that are blocked off by the police) some nights to have legal street races, but going against imports in longer distance runs are impossible for the domestic boys who are unable to break into the high 100's

Well yes and no.You will get a higher top speed, but you will need a cai, maf that is set for your new injectors, and you will need to retune your air to fuel ratio as well as your ecu. True duals, and underdrive pulleys don't hurt either. If your really looking for some speed get a ported uper and lower intake, performance camshaft, and ported heads, along with a high flow throttle body, you'll be really kickin *** then.
