Proximity Alarm?

Proximity Alarm?
i know they exist, but does anyone know where to get a proximity alarm kit? (you get within a foot or so of the car and a quiet alarm will sound, and if it breaches the stock system the main alarm goes off)
Where to find one?How much it costs? Install time? Professional or at home install?

Here I found something. It might not be what you want I dunno but it works as a proximity alarm.

These things were popular when I was in High School (15 years ago). I havent even seen one since then, but I remember them being obnoxious. I think if anything, they created problems, because when I heard the "warning, you are too close to the vehicle"...I wanted to take out my key...

once again... it dosent talk...it just beeps like a normal car.
