and my second thing is with a 91 octane tune what should my 0-60 mph be?
i'm not too sure that bumping up your octane would shave too much time off your 0-60...

just my .02
raising the octance is sapposed to give the car alittle but of hp and tq but not much you might take off like 0.05 secs off
it's not "just" using a higher octane...it's not the octane that's giving you more power its the increase in valve timing. You need a fuel that can be compressed more before detonation, that's the only reason to use 91-93.

You can't adjust the valve timing electronically on the 4.0 (that's mechanical), A higher octane will allow a tuner to advance the ignition timing though, which will boost performance.

Not quite sure I understand the question, but initially when you plug in your XCal2, it will download the stock tune. You must then select one of the three provided tunes, 87, 91 or 93 octane, so if I understand correctly, no it will not automatically load the tune to your cars computer.
