does anyone know where i can connect my remote wire with the factory headunit still in.

u can splice it into the factory connector if ur hellbent on it, but ur not going to get vey good output from ur factory unit most likely

i have tried that it couldnt find the right wire to connect.....so i guess im back to 1

u can hook into the red wire if u need to, thats ur ignition, that is how mine is hooked up, works the same

i tapped into a wire in the ignition harness its black and pink...works wonders. if anyone else need this asistance its on the lefts side of the steering wheel underneth

good job, it sounds like you tapped into the battery 12 volt constant wire, wit should be great, but just make sure your amp turns off when you turn off your car, one more thing, what did you hook your RCA's up to???

i taped in to one of the mini fuses in the underhood fuse box on the passanger side

I brought a signal converter rca's on one side and speaker wire on the other side....

I didnt tap into the 12volt constant it is the accessory wire.
