Default Flowmaster help

Hey everyone, im going to switch to duel exhuast...only problem is I need a little advice. I am leaning towards the Flowmaster American Thunders or 40 series. I am also considering the ford racing/borla system. In order to make the American Thunder kit (which is built for the GT) to work, do I just need an X or an H-Pipe for my V6? Is that the only thing that I would need a muffler shop to fab? Also, could I just have a muffler shop rund a 2.5 inch pipe from the left muffler and cut into the stock y pipe? Does anyone know which of the x, h-pipe, or cutting into th stock y-pipe would make the flowmaster 40's sound best on a 6 cylinder? Has anyone personally heard the borlas/ford racing exhaust on a sixer? Sorry to ask so many questions...but I'm about to make a big decision. Thanks.

Yea!! I really like Desperodo's exhaust!! I'd go with the x pipe and have the shop fab it for you along with the left side pipe.

Here's a thread with my dual flowmaster 40 setup.

Here's the thread with pictures:

Since these posts, I've changed the tips to slashcuts and had an H-pipe installed. I'll try to update with new pics/clips soon.
