My local (and very good) shop offered to install mine for $60.

Also, Casco is great but it has to ship truck freight and could be as expensive as the item itself. Send me your email. I have a PF file showing the tear down of the rear bumper (thanks to Afixer).

How much did Casco charge for shipping? (Individual bumpers and/or the entire GT kit)

They quote something like $100+ for just the rear bumper.. so here's my problem:

I got a dent on my rear bumper, but I was going to switch to GT bumper anyway. I could buy the bumper at fordoem for $170 or so, and get it painted at the body shop (not sure how much it'd cost, but I'm sure it's steep)... or buy it from cascotech already painted for $300+ and pay $50-$60 to have a bodyshop put it on for me. me and my friend did the install on the bumpers ourselves without prior experience and youve probably seen the pictures and everything looks great.. you just have to have patience and be careful when removing the bumper covers from the car..... make sure you have a drill bit to remove the rivets in the bumpers and youll need to get nuts and bolts to replace those rivets you drill out
