I like it as it is. Maybe change the "MFers" part to "Virginia Chapter" or something. I'm still trying to track down a print shop that's reasonable. Hopefully we will have this thing rolling soon. I'm looking into setting up a paypal account for this and I'll handle the shipping. Any more ideas?

This is the design we came up with, the shirts wound up being so expensive we didn't order again. They were more like an iron on than a screen print. I will be curious to see what your final design is.

See if we stay away from color they shouldn't be to costly. At the very least I'm expecting the decals to be alright.

A screen printer should be able to get you a quality shirt with a good print job in multiple colors in the $10 range. A graphics/sign company that does vehicle wraps, etc. can make decals for you pretty reasonably. I worked with a local company (Hickory, NC) on the Stang Life decals. I will be glad to get them to quote on your final design if you would like.

Thanks for your interest and information Alan. I'm currently shopping a few screen print shops to see what they can do but we would welcome any quotes from your guy in Hickory once we agree on the design. I should have the decals covered (hopefully) through a guy I know. If we can get some more input from other members this should take off pretty quickly.

Found a website for a local company that allows you to design the shirt online. I can't access the site from work but I will post a link when I get home. I designed one last night that was pretty cool and I got a quote of $11.83 each for a plain white shirt with a small pocket logo (no pocket, though) on the front and a bigger logo on the back. The logo was pretty much exactly like Sean posted earlier but I layered some color on the state outline.
