Mustang Roundup 2013 Seattle Area
#11
I'm a NEW member who joined so as to ask questions about the Mustang Roundup.
I'm obviously a (classic) CAMARO enthusiast, however have never been thrilled with
the look of the 5th Gen Camaros.
I am one of the 2nd Generation (70-81) Concours Restoration (we call the class LEGENDS) judges at the annual
CAMARO Nationals held every summer at Carlisle,PA and more recently Frederick,MD.
The LEGENDS restored cars w/o exception are museum quality non driven trailer queens. We display these cars inside (out of the elements) and have a lift available to inspect every detail and part # of the restoration.
I am curious if there is a judging component that serves a similar function at the MUSTANG Round-Up. If not what show and location does incorporate a detailed
judging certification program from restored Mustangs and for that matter a VINTAGE
program certifying Survivor Mustangs.
I have also judged at The annual Muscle Car Nationals in Chicago every November
where many top Mustangs (Shelby's etc) are displayed
Thanks Chuck Sharin Auburn,WA CamarosRus@gmail.com

So round up is done for another year now it's time to start planning the 50th anniversary round up show. The show was a great hit we had over 700 Mustangs at the peak of the show. Big thanks to Roush and Saleen for coming out and bringing some great cars. Star of the show was the new Saleen 351 great looking car.
