The N3000 seems to be the highest performance tire in the line. Whichone are you thinking of getting?

I like the N3000 tread for rain and standing water, but looks to me the sidewall will leave a little to be desired in hard cornering. It is also a 340 UTQG and personally like a much lower number here, but these will offer good life of probably 25K.

I am running Michelin PS2's and are fantastic. I drive my car hard into the corners and holds the line VERY well. I was running Goodyear GS-D3's and the PS2 holds the line FAR better for me. ***HERE*** is a review I wrote on them last year.

You need to decide what kind of performance you want from a tire. Do you want high mileage? Do you want good traction in the twisties? Do you want good traction in light snow and cold weather?

Most manufacturers make at least a good tire forany of these options, but NONE will be great at all of them.

Get a budget together and let us know what you have to spend.

The GS-D3 is a great tire both in the dry and wet. Ride quality is also very good.

Those were the exact tires I was running up front prior to the PS2's. I found them to be nice, but not nearly what the PS2's are. In fact, I ended up giving the tire shoppe my rear set of 285/30/18' as Iwas goingPS2's all around.

That eBay auction is a good price, so contact them and confirm no flat repairs or damage (I didn't read auction). As for tires in general, make a choice worthy of your car. You have a nice car, and the tires are the MOST IMPORTANT item, next to driver, keeping it on the road.

I am sorry, but I am pretty hardcore on tires and cannot recommend a tire that is $150. You will find many tires that fit for that price, but none that I would put on my car.

Sorry, Jazzer

Lol, that reminds me of when I was selling mine.
Tread depth readings looks to be about right.
