What are these wheels!

I am wanting to buy theses wheels. I saw them on a car in mustangmonthly. I would love to buy these to fit on my 67.

Wheels & Tires
HRE wheels: 19x9 front, 20x11 rear
Michelin Pilot sport tires: 235/35ZR19 front, 325/35ZR20 rear

I just did a pretty thourogh...therough...therow.....

I can't spell "thorough" search on website. I cannot find the "exact" wheel, but several similar. I think it was custom made for this guy.
