PS. Worst case scenario, you can install 1/4" spacers up front if you get some rubbing. These will be just about that much deeper in under your ride than existing ones.
I figured they would fit. I just wanted to know how to get them flush with the fenders. The fronts are pretty flush, the backs sit in about 1" now with the +23mm offset.

Hmmm...
How would the fronts be improved with the new +28mm wheels when they are currently flush with the +23mm I have now? As far as the rears go, they sit about 1" in too far now with the +23mm, so they are going to sit in even further with the +28mm?

That is why I said "brain wasn't working today".

You are looking at approx. 1/8"~1/4" farther inward on all four. I think you should install them and see what you think. I don't see an issue with a 1/4" spacer up front, but would need new lug-bolts to go anywhere near 1" out back.

Do the following to see how much spacer you would like. Lift back of car by rear axle just enough to get the wheel off of the ground. Loosen lugs 1/2" and slide the wheel out until it touches the lugs. Step back and see what you think. I did this and was a MAJOR improvement on looks and sure it helps with handling to some degree, all be it VERY small.

As for fronts, you will be a tiny bit deeper than current, but are probably VERY near rubbing on fender right now. I think you should see how they fit, maybe a 1/8" spacer will be enough.

PS. Hopefully my brain is screwed on straight this time

Could I get away with using these wheels?

Looks like they recommend 265/35/18 tires.

Those will fit just fine and are 24mm off-set. It would be next to impossible to see the wheel is 1mm farther inward. I agree with AM that a 265 is the best fit for a 9" wheel.

this baby could probably tell,

Do you think that there will be rubbing up front and will the front tires stick out from the fender well? Got 255's up front now.

The newly proposed wheels will be exactly 1mm farther inward. I GUARANTEE you will NOT be able to even see 1/26th of an inch deeper. No rubbing now, no rubbing with these.

What about using 265's up front with the 18" wheels?
