Would these tires fit?

I have an 03 GT, my brother has rims from a car he sold, the tires they are on are 235 40 R18. Can I use these on my Mustang?

Yes, but at least a 7" wheel and no larger than 8" wheel.

They will pretty much max out your front if lowered.
