A 15x10 wheel, 7.2" backspacing with a 325/50/15 tire on the rear of a 2011-2012? With the use of a sway bar relocation bracket.

 

If this were an 18"x10" wheel, it would be just fine, but not sure a 325 is gonna fit under there without rubbing. I am just not as familiar with the S197 tubs as the previous years

I am also not sure about clearance of the brake calipers, but are probably fine. Take your questions of clearance over to the S197 Handling Performance section, as I think they may be of more help.
