Default Winter tires

Any recomendations on winter tires for a 07 gt? stock rims using for winter. I just started looking for some. not sure what to get, or if I need to get 4 or just 2 for the back.

If you're gonna run in snow, I recommend you go all four snow tires. If you can't turn, you can't control your car, so rears only is selling your grip short. That being said, your local tire shoppe will have the best recommendations for tires in your area (amount of snow-fall, temp extremes and such).

Talk with them about what works well and would ask what your needs in a tire are for such times that it is nice outside. Is it reasonable to have a set of beater Winter wheels with good snow tires and nicer wheels for style and Summer performance?

ok, thanks, I have my stock rims for winter,and a set of 18s for the summer.

I got a set of shelby 18s with nitto 255s and 285s on them.
