weird spider web on wheels

Default weird spider web on wheels

Just wondering if there is any way i can get this stuff off my wheels, any tips are greatly appreciated. https://picasaweb.google.com/lh/myphotos <-copy and paste hopefully it works.

looks more like corrosion to me. the only way to fix it is to sand them down and re-clear

OK that sucks I bought it from a used car dealership and the guy before me didn't really take care of it, so I'm slowly fixing it. Kinda sucks cuz I've always wanted a mustang and now that i've got one i just started school and have no money to put into it.
P.S. I realize that, it was supposed to be bigger not really sure what happened.

Definitely looks like corrosion under the clear coat. My daughter's Jeep has the same thing around the center hub. I would think the only fix would be to stip and re-polish wheel then clearcoat.
