Default Wheels question.

I have a 91 5.0 5 lug conversion and I'm looking for wheels. I need to know if you guys know the specs to the foxbody, what is the biggest size wheel i can put, offset, back spacing any modifications I'd have to do etc...

Thanks!!!

With the right mods you can run any size you want, I'm running 275's all around with no mods other than no quad shocks and 94-95 spindles. Front is close but don't see any rubbing and in the back the tail pipes are close. Oh and there 17 by 9 04 cobra wheels don't know the back spacing.

I would not say you can run any wheels you like, but your options have certainly opened up with your conversion

Generally speaking, you can easily run a set of 9" wheels, without rubbing. The off-set greatly improves the variety of wheels you can find to fit your ride. You can squeeze a set of 10"s out back (not up front!), but off-set/back-spacing is critical, at this point.

To answer your question, EM.... we need to know how much farther your hub is from its ORIGINAL location. As for diameter, 25.6" is OEM, but can go a bit larger if you like. Doing so will effectively reduce your clearance and create some other issues. Best to stick with OEM tire diameter, IMO.
