What Do You Think About These Wheels?

Watch the offset. Stock is in the 45-50mm range.
20's don't allow enough sidewall and can be prone to rim damage if there are decent sized potholes in your area. I personally feel that 20's distract from the retro styling of the car due to the lack of sidewall but to each his own.

Can you elaborate a little further on offset....Am I looking to stay in the stock offset range you specified? Should offset be the same for both from and rear when going with a staggered set-up?

The wider the tire the more offset can potentially become an issue, especially if you're lowered, pushing the tire either in or, more often, out of the wheel well. It CAN affect handling but the average driver may never notice. Even if you get different wheel widths such as 9" up front and 10" in the rear, the same offset should be offered by the manufacturer for a given wheel style. Quite a few have put wheels with offset in the 35 range with ill effects but I, personally, would try to stay in the 45-50 range to maintain the overall "look" (not that 35 would be all that noticeable, especially to the untrained eye).
