Nice job! I also painted my calipers black with the duplicolor kit. I agree, the brush that comes with the kit is horrible. I used a thin paint brush my daughter had lying on her art table.
Where did you get the mustang decal? How much?
Will brake cleaner harm the mustang decal?

i got it from southern mustang parts they say they only have 1 color but if u call they can get it for u in a bunch of different colors
and as far as brake cleaner im not sure good question. i would imagine that since theyre made for calipers specifically they would be resistant to it

Means I avoid Mardi Gras like the plague. You going to LSU? Hope you didn't destroy too many brain cells in N.O.

I did a Granada front disc conversion on a 67 Mustang, but chose to powdercoat the calipers gloss black. Definitly going to do the same once I do brake work on the 06!

I got my pathology degree from LSU...the one in New Orleans, in the shadow of the Superdome. It was called the LSU Medical Center back then. I like Texas. I was an Aggie dad for 9 years. Passed through Houston often on the way to College Station.

Sent you a PM.

interesting...I have never thought of powder coating them...I was going to use g2, but since it's not my dd and I have the time I wonder if it's worth it to remove them and have them coated?
