Default Fuel pump issue

Hey Guys, new to the forum, have an issue, here it goes, I have an 08 gt that I put a saleen blower on, I installed the ford dual fuel pump and everything went well.
ok, completely random now. 2 months after I installed my pump im getting a wierd message in my dash. When I turn on my car, everything is fine, but around 2 mins into the car being on, it throws an error in the message center saying 'fuel level data error' 'fuel level low dte fli data error' and the gas gauge drops to 0. everything feels fine, now i just dont have a fuel gauge lol. When I first turn on the car I can see how much fuel I have. And as I said the gauge was fine for the first two months. any thoughts? Thanks in advance

When I turn on the car, everything is fine, I can see how much fuel I have, its not until a few minutes later the error message pops up and my gauge drops to 0, its everytime I turn the car on, not just once.

Have you performed an update to the installed tune recently? Who provided the tune for the supercharger? Also, could be a fuel level sensor gone kaput. Was that part of the dual pump assembly or is that separate?

Could be high sulfur content fuel gumming up the sending unit... I believe there is a TSB on it.

is it kind of odd that its so soon after I did the pump, you don't think they are related?

Searching the net, I found lots of people experiencing this issue and they guessed the following:

1) Some had Ford replace the sending unit
2) Some were told Bad/Dirty Gas by the dealer, run higher octane, Techron and/or gas cleaner.
3) Some guessed it was caused by the "aux" input?! Being an 06 you shouldn't have an aux input, so that should be ruled out.

lots of reading on the matter:

Its an 08, i do actually have have an aux, thats actually hilarious if it has anything to do with it. I will pick up some gas cleaner, im assuming thats not gonna hurt anything. Thanks again i will check the link and play around.
