What a Hassle

It is a step up from standard non-metallic carbon tint. Do a google search to see the major differences, but in a nutshell, it will block approx. 50% of the radiant heat where normal carbon tint only blocks approx. 20-25%. I have always had my windows tinted with the normal carbon film, but this time I opted for the ceramic tint and I wish I had done this years ago... I got the Geoshield Darkmatter Ceramic 30% on fronts and 20% on all the others for $230 installed and lifetime warranty. In Central Texas (or all of Texas for that matter) we get our share of sunshine and I can definitely tell a difference when I get in my car.
