I had a similar problem with my F150 after I cleaned my TB with carb cleaner. I ended up screwing something up on my TB and had to get a brand new one

Moral of the story, don't use carb cleaner on your TB, at least I won't anymore.

Got the TPS I am going to install it tommorrow, my manual does not offer any instructions. Is there anything special I need to do other than unplugging it, removing the two bolts and reversing the procedure?

I was having problems before cleaning it, that is the reason I cleaned it.

Definitely clean out the throttle body. Your surging is mostly likely due to the thick build up on the inside of the unit. You may have to take it off and clean out all the crap to make it perform right again. Good luck.

Assuming you have no current DTC's, and that odd H02S code was just a fluke, then yeah, refurb TB time, or a FORD parts outlet(local dealer or online) for a new one, assuming you don't wish to go through the diagnostics in the service manual first.

I think its time for me to give the dealership another try, hopefully they will be able to pinpoint it. Thank you everyone for all the help and suggestions

**UPDATE**
I finally brought the car back to the dealer, and after all the diognostics they still said it was the MAF (remember I replaced it with an autozone one) well I finally relented and told them to put the Ford MAF in. The next day I recieved a call and was told it was fixed, well so far it has been a week and about 300 miles and it is running great. I still haven't put the after market tune back on it, I will probably do that next week.

I'd try cleaning out the TB again first.
that's what I'm thinking. I wrote down the code wrong before, but I'm semi dyslexic.
