V6 to GT Gauge Cluster

V6 to GT Gauge Cluster
Hey all!
I have the chance to buy a premium 6 gauge cluster out of a GT with MyColor. I've read the countless threads about them, so I already know the process. (Taking it to a Ford Dealer to get the correct mileage, installing, ect.)
One thing that was different from what i've seen compared to my car is the clip that is in the back of here.
When pulled everything out I was greeted by a smaller plug than what I have been seeing around from other people's swaps. The others i've seen look bigger, more like what is connected to the other side where the hazards are.
Can anyone confirm that what I have is correct for MyColor, or do I not have the right plug?
Thanks!

I don't know what the difference is between the GT and the v6 cluster. I have a v6 and got a 6 gauge cluster from a v6 and it has the my color option. The dealer won't touch the mileage correction at least not around here. They did direct me to a place that they send clusters for repair.

I don't think there is a difference between the two except that the speedo goes to 140 and the redline is set a little higher.
I currently have a plain 4 gauge cluster, so I wanted this one.
I contacted my dealership already and have got everything ready to go. I just need to find out if it will be compatible.

I would hate to answer this and be wrong, but currently those three buttons do not work, but there are three wires going to it, so I'm going to assume they are for the MyColor buttons.

You can do it, I did it to my '07. But before you get your hopes up, pull the switch blank to the left of the power port on the dash. If there's a wire connector plugged into that blank, you're good to go. You'll need to buy the cluster, and the switch pack that goes where the blank is now. As others have stated, you do need to get the dealer to load your VIN and mileage into the new cluster.
