Default BBK catted x pipe with high flo cats opn a borla catback atak..too low!!!

so i manage to set up my BBk catted x pipe with high flow cats on my atak catback (using jack stands) and i only have literally 2" room from the ground. how can i set it up so that it doesn't hang too low. my car is lowered also.

i have an eibach coilover adjustable and i know that if i raise it up i will need an alignment, but i want to raise it up so that i can drive the car for a little bit and drop it back down to the original lower stance, would i still need an alignment?
also while i'm under the car i notice that one of my cable is covered with oil of some sort here are the pics(i don't know what this cable does or what it is for)

Why don't you have any hangers at the transmission crossmember? I think that's your problem...there's nothing supporting the exhaust between the manifolds and the mufflers!

It looks to me like the x-pipe is not pushed far enough into the down pipes where the cats are located, and also it looks like it could be pushed together after the x-pipe where the clamps are located. I would loosen all of the clamps, put a jack or 2 under the pipe to get it up to the correct height, then push all of the pipes together. It would help to have someone help you. Then tighten your clamps back up.

Then I would try again. YOu may not have gotten the pipes pushed together completely. Make sure to loosen all 4 clamps and get the x-pipe level before you tighten all of the clamps.

i did, it seems like the borla catback is a little short on the length. there is about 1/2" shortness between the bbk x pipe to the mid pipe. the claps basically covered the difference.

from looking at the pics you could gain 3/4 inch by just repositioning the clamps. turn them up so the bolts and nuts are not hanging from the pipe
