Part of the goodies installed
Just installed the first part of my ordered mods. Tonight I installed the BBK 70mm T/B, C&L MAM, Trueflow inlet pipe, and K&N airfilter.
I gotta say, it was easy as pie. Kit fairly well explained exactly what to do, and everything went together fairly well. I will be posting pictures of the new setup as soon as my camera comes back (lent it to a friend to go to spring break)
I did take a test drive, but its pretty hard to tell whats going on with all of this rain. Stupid weather, hasnt rained in like a week, and as soon as im ready to go out to buisness loop and smoke some ricers, it starts pouring down.
One big suprise: the exaust sounds different. Didnt really expect this, but I guess it makes since. Sounds a bit deeper, and it seems like it takes less time to rev up/down than it did before with the clutch pushed in.

Yes, same thing happened to me. Intake things can change your exhaust sound signifcantly. I'm wondering how my new heads/cams/and lower intake manifold will make the shound change. All PI.
