RPM's Won't drop!

My car never hung the rpms after i engaged the clutch until i installed an aftermarket plenum then all of a sudden the rpms hang. I know its not the IAC I just cleaned it when i replaced the plenum...where is the tps located?

maybe because the plenum is bigger and holds more air it has more air to go into the engine when the throttle is close. iono just guessing

maybe...the rpms hang until I come to a complete stop and sit for a moment though.

mine hung cuz of IAC being dirty... idk why.. but i cleaned it and they dont hang anymore.. it was right after i installed my new tb/plenum... hmm

thats exactly why i cleaned mine when it was off and made sure the throttle positioning screw was correctly adjusted.
