Can you directly bolt on Cobra 17" x 9" wheels with 275/40 tires to a '98 GT? Don't really know the limitations of the SN95 suspension platform. Do you have to remove the quad shocks, use wheel spacers or any other mods? Thanks for your input.

just bolt right up and go everything should fit perfect you can do the spacers if you want it to come out more but you wont have a prob

Watch the offset on the rim.
My '04 needs 24mm on a 9 inch rim. Most Cobras are at 24mm (27mm for a 10.5") but check to be sure for good fitment.

The 275/40 looks really sick on the 9 inch chrome cobra rim too (is what I got).
