wow im gonna have to add to the count of mustangs that have had this happen to them. I was still under warrenty from the dealership i bought mine from and just took it to them and said both were shot cause i didnt want one new and one old. But yeah i didnt experience any noise just my rim burnt the **** out of my hand when i grabbed it.

yeah it happened to me as well on both front calipers. I just changed the calipers. One rebuilt caliper was about $65.00 from carquest or napa.
