Definitely get the intercooled kit. You will eventually want to up the boost past 6-8 psi, and with the KB, an intercooler is almost manditory. Not to mention, with the lower intake temps, you will create more hp per psi.

I'm at 105,000 mileswith my K/B. If you have an aftermarket cai, you might need to modifiy it because the t/b is moved toward the passenger side an inch or two. You'll also need a tube of black RTV sealant for the 2 bolts that go into the coolant crossover, don't use teflon tape or thread sealer or you will have a leak. Like the others said, get a good tune and you'll be fine. I bought the 6 lb non i/c kit when I bought mine because that's all I could afford at the time. Next month I'm upgrading to 9-10 lbs. i/c.
