Default S281sc swap??

I have a 2001 Mustang Gt and was wanting to put a 2006 Saleen 4.6L 3 VALVE SUPERCHARGED ENGINE with the 6-speed trans. Can anyone tell me what kind of problems i might run into as far as it fitting? Will the motor mounts and the transmission mount match up? Will i need a custom drive shaft or bigger rear end? I do have the the complete wiring harness as well so im hoping this will be possible without much custom work. If you have any information that can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You are about to jump into a bottomless money pit.
Almost nothing will 'bolt up' for you, and it's a wiring headache.

If it's the power you want out of the SC'd 3V motor, it's cheaper to build a 2V to the same power and drop it in.

Agreed, itd be easier and cheaper to just strap a blower to your 2 valve.

Since this is a fresh topic, and to not resurrect an old old topic. I assume its a money pit to swap a 4-spd Auto with a T-56? Just brain storming

Swapping auto to any manual trans is the same amount of work - and done on a regular basis. However the money adds up when you get into 'built' trans or the T56.
