The major difference is the spring rate. The "C" springs will give a slightly stiffer ride. Its the most popular of the two. I roll the c-springs with the rear dead coils cut off to level out the car.
My initial drop was 1.5" in front, .75" in rear. Cutting dead coils off rear springs brought it down approx another .75" and leveled car out perfectly.
