Default 98 mustang gt vac leak?

I have a 1998 mustang gt 5 speed with off-road x pipe and pi swap, 3 months after doing pi swap a valve guide fell out of driver side head I pulled head back off and had it redone again, I have now put the head back on after the car sitting for about a month but can't get it to run right it it starts quick but idles at about 1100 rpm if I press on gas it revs to about 2k-3k and won't come back down from there it stays revved also it sounds like a diesel more on the driver head the head that had to be fixed could that be injectors working harder? Idk has me worried tho car doesn't misfire but does blow a little bit of dark grey smoke and the brake pedal won't budge at all I can't get it to move I though vac to brake booster but it looks to be all hydraulic I was thinking vacuum leak I mest up on but now wondering if they meats up head again. Any ideas?
