I had my stock clutch replaced out at 65K miles with an OEM clutch and it felt totally different. The clutch pedal is a lot softer. Supposedly Ford changed the design due to feed back on how stiff the clutch pedal feels. Honestly, I liked the stiffer clutch pedal. Feels more sporty.

Did they bleed it properly? You can bleed it yourself by jacking on the drivers side front as high as possible and slowly pump the clutch pedal a few hundred times.

A lot of the aftermarket clutches have a softer pedal by design.
