+1 I was just at Sears and remember seeing lug-off tools, they looked pretty good.

go to sears and buy the lug out kit
for 20 bucks you can get any size lug off it comes with i think 3 or 4 twosided socekts with a tapered thread that will bite into the lock nut and get it out
lock nuts will be shot but you'll get your tires off

jack the car up, support on jackstands or tires. lock the steering colum, in straigh position or close.

unbolt the two tie rods from the hubs(leave on rack).
, remove the two rack mounting bolts/nuts for rack,
remove the small pinion bolt on steering shaft driver side near exhaust, youll have to beat the two pieces apart. soak in w 40 overnight helped.

remove the lines at the rack when its out of its position to make very easy. an hour job or less.

oh , dont even bother trying to get the tie rods off the rack, their rusted to stay, just leave em on and buy new ones $10 each. keep tires centered as possible and then get alignment
Having fun?
