I would go with AFR 165s, a mild crower cam, 24lb injectors, and either 75mm mass air or the 90mm lightning mass air cause they are cheap and easy to tune.

+1 on the AFR's. I have Canfields, but according to the person doing my engine swap, who does flow testing, AFR's are the best.

I would go with the AFR's if budget allows. If not check e-bay and the corral for a good used pair.

i would get a better intake or have yours ported as a Cobra is only good for 350 horse. The ARF's are the best but expensive. If you went with the AFR you wouldn't be getting all your power with that intake. If you wanna keepthe cobrago with Gt-40's. I would say GT-40X but if you wanna go cheaper get the Gt-40P's or turbo swirl, also an E cam 75mm mas air and 24Ib injectores. A 65mm throttle for the cobra, 70mm for any other. 190LPH pump or even 255 wouldn't hurt for later upgrades like supercharger. MSD 6AL and distributer.

Really, if you're not going to buy everything at once, you need to get the fuel and ignition upgraded first. When you get that 255 pump, make sure you also get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator also. The rest of it you pretty much will have to do all at once. You might look into using trickflow twisted wedge heads as their special design will allow you to use a bigger cam than most other heads even with stock pistons.
