Default Ignition Switch Question

Hey All,

I'm trying to get access to my "4-way flasher" switch on top of the steering wheelcover. I remove the 3 screws from the bottom of the column and the "tilt" steering handle, but how do I get the ignition switch peice off so the cover comes off the top of the steering column?

Thanks for any help.

Default RE: Ignition Switch Question

Shouldn't have to drop the column as the plastic piece on the top of the column, behind the steering wheel would slide off if the "key hole" part was taken off. The plastic peice is held on with the ignition switch part you use to turn the key.
