Default may buy this quick question

do all the 1995 gt mustang have these tail lights, or are these optional??? i guess what i really need to ask is will the other style tail lights, the ones that come stock on the 1996, fit on these??? and what do yall think of this car??? He says its only mods are flowmasters and 2" lowering springs, along with the rims and BFG T/As. He says the car is in perfect condition and he is selling it for $6500. He has the stock spoiler and the stock rims and tires in his garage. He would let me have the spoiler with the car, and if i wanted to get different rims and tires later he would keep those and give me the stock ones (the stock tires only have 4,000 miles on them) and drop the price to $4500 since he spent $2000 on the rims and tires. I still have to check on the exact size of the rims and tires, but the rear look like deepdish 17s and i believe the front are 17x9s, and i need to check to makesure he put caster camber plates with the two inch lowering springs so i don't have any problems later.Anyways what do yall think.
Here is the link to see some of the info. and pis. :

Those are the stock 94-95 tail lights. And I do beleive the 96-98 tail lights will bolt right up.

Very nice looking car, but in my opinion he's asking a little too much. I'd offer $5,500 and see if he'd settle at $6,000. Then spend the extra $500 for exhaust and gears

i think i will try to at least get him down to $6200, if he won't then i amm just going to get him to put the old wheels and tires and give him $4600. then i will just buy a new set of tires and wheels.

have him put the stock ones on. those wheels are not worth the price difference. those rims are like 500-600 from 50resto and those tires look like bf goodrich g-force t/a kdw or kdws. and those tires arent very expense.
