hci = heads cam intake swap. on average with the correct parts/ combinationsyou end up right around 300hp. also would cost you about 2500 dollars on up for a complete hci swap new. but there are junk yard swaps you can do for much less.

gt 40 (non p) heads. gt 40 upper and lower intake. and a cam is cheap so get like a ford racing alphabet cam.
presonally im buying RHS heads, and typhoon intake, i already have a b cam.
really it depends how much you wanna spend. most popular and expensive is like AFR heads, custom ground cam, holly or edelbrock rpm perform II.
it all depends how much you want to spend. also keep in mind the supporting mods are going to nickle and dime you to death.
trick flow puts together a complete h/c/i swap that takes away all the guess work, all you need is to upgrade your fuel system and its complete. trick flow kit is 2,499
