I just found your post, I would of said definetly, inspect your torque boxes and control arm bushings.

Your car was stretched a lil and the previous owner just lowered it.

Would the torque boxes possibly cause the car to lean the way it does? cause they look pretty damaged from liflting the car it looks like.

No theyre direct replacement. The car was lowered before i put these on but i dont think that will make a difference.
how was it dropped before by just springs or by springs and spindles? if it was dropped the proper way, springs and spindles then here's the problem right there. no matter what you do the spindles still read the same.
I have never seen dropped spindles for a Fox or newer Mustang, and I did a fair bit of looking since I was thinking about drag springs, but want the lowered look.

yeah, and adjustables would correct the offset, so you did fine.

Yeah mine sits that way too. Idk, i dont worry about it to much. Anyways there are drop spindles for foxes. I know they make SN95's for sure, but I dont know bout the fox platform. Ill find the link.
