it's several factors I bet
1. was it balanced?
2. did you use a new H. balancer?
3. did you cross drill crank?
4. were oil holes chamber'd
5. was all bearing clearances checked even side clearances?
6. was oil pump clearanced? pickup clearanced checked

Yep on all the above, ballanced and 28oz balancer used, nothing wrong internally, just as simple as the snout broke clean right behind the crank gear. Talked with Eagle and they said I could send it to them and they'll look it over, we'll see how that turns out, they should just replace it, or get a black eye on this forum, got my fingers crossed.
