depends...

assuming your stock .050

if you spray it, or have high compression .030 has always worked good for me

Hay dimer, yea...Spray on occasion 100-125 e303 cam, winsdor jr. heads scorpions 1.6 etc, etc.

really should use 3924's with spray

gap around .040-.045
