aluminum, i took the valve covers off and there is nothing, the rockers are stamped ford and crane with f3ze-6529-ab and are pedistal mount, i am trying to figure out what heads they are so i can upgrade my cam, dont want to take the heads off the car just yet if i dont have to

yeah the rockers have alot of shaft play side to side is that normal?
