water/moisture in intake

Default water/moisture in intake

when i take the egr off or the upper intake there is lots of moisture in the egr passageway
is this normal???????

The coolant passage from your upper is what creates that moisture. As long as its not excessive you should be fine. Maybe try to tighten down the bolts that pass through your throttle body. Also I see you ported your intake. I assume you replaced the gaskets between tb and egr. The new gasket will absorb some moisture at first but will go away.
