Default Header Bolts

I don't know why but for some reason it seems like every six months of so my header bolts come a little loose, I seriously doubt at my level of performance that this is normal. What can I do to stop this? I don't mind tightening most of the bolts down but the cylinders 2-4 mostly 3 and 4 really suck to get to, it seems they're nearly impossible.

My questions are is there something I can do to stop the bolts from backing out, and how do you get to the back bolts?

Tend to have this problem on some of the stangs we work on down home. We just have a special high quality do-it-yourself wrench that we took a torch to and bent at a 90; works wonderful. Anyhow it's not a fix but it'll make things a little easier. Good luck bro

I use stock bolts with lock washers, I haven't had one had one back out on me, depending on what gasket you use I would re-tighten them every couple of months anyway.
