pretty sure he's not screwing me! I know him pretty well and a few of my friends have gone through the same process with him and... no problems?? I just must have my information wrong!

he knows ford's through about 5 mustang engine builds he did... but "know" fords....uh he's not a ford expert? He definitely knows his stuff with ENGINES... but... now that christmas eve is here and christmas is tomorrow.... I won't be able to get ahold of him... once I talk to him i'll explain the situation with more knowledge! he did tell me though that the stock one's may work and he'll have to try them with the cam (If that makes sense then I believe that's wha he said)

reason I asked about cam cause with cam swap comes spring swap and pending on the type of springs and retainers used, a larger diameter spring and retainer could interfere with the underside of the stock rocker but a die grinder can solve the small interference/contact issue often created, but furthermore pending on the springs used expecially if they are dual springs, the seats/guide area on the heads often must be machined
