ok i got you on that, what would you all say to solid lifters? i was told to use solids too, but im kinda werry about that because i dont wanna wear down the lobes of the cam. and my heads are in the process of getting a stage 3 port job so i guess that cam would work well with them afterwards.

I'd stay away from a solid roller on your car. Because they require frequent adjustments it would really be a pain with that intake. Plus solid rollers are better suited to race cars and very limited street cars because they don't oil well at low rpm. Comp makes a EDM roller lifter that really helps but still the excessive spring pressures are a bit much for a street car.
do you know the specs on the cam you reccomended? hold on let me refraise that, can you give me the specs on that cam? im sure you know the specs, thats why you reccomended it, lol.
