Not necessarily true. Holding the pedal to the floor on most fuel injected vehilces puts the vehicle in clear-flood mode, lowering a:f ratio to about 18:1. Thus, probelms could be in fuel return blockage, bad fuel pressure/bad fuel pressure regulator.

STOP

PLEASE, don't do this to yourself.

When I service the SN, I often find:

Remove the distributor, check the inside and outside for black carbon.crud, and the shaft for wobble/play.
It really sounds like you have bad bearings in the dizzy, or a failed dizzy and pickup.

Usually if your lucky, you might get a "squeak " sound from it.

2. BAD IDLE AIR CONTROL VALVE, WILL CAUSE THIS AS WELL, it ay be dirty, or have electrically failed.

3. A dirty MAF and or Mis clocked(not at 12*= straight up and even position) will do this.

Your next bet is FORD, this issue will be intermittent then become a complete - NO START NO RUN SHORTLY.

This is a issue you don't want to get too involved in over the net, and a Ford TECH will find it fast in the shop, through our OASIS System, VERY WORTH THE DIAGNOSIS FEE.

I knew some one would say that but putting the pedal to the floor is not really pumping.

Thanks those are all great ideas
my dizzy does squeak and if ya push it just a little bit it goes away.
The IAC if that was bad wouldnt i have running issues too?
How would i be able to adjust the MAF?
I brought it to ford and they couldnt do anything or find anything because they couldnt get it to do it.

Ford Tough
I do have spark i just have noticed that sometimes i dont so basically i have intermittent spark lol.
And the reason for the noid light is because i know i have fuel at the pressure relif valve but maybe the injectors are not shooting.
