Default wont start when warm???

so i have been having an issue getting my 88 gt to start when the car is warm, it turns over really slow. and i noticed today after running the car up the road that coolant spilled everywhere. i dont have signs of a blown head gasket, and i just did a head gasket on both sides about 3 months ago, could the head be leaking in the coolant into the cylinder causing it to not want to turn over? and then it is draining out by the time the car cools down? i have never heard of that happening or had anyting like this happen before. the other thing is that i have been having the starting problem since i got the car before i did te head gaskets and after so these two things might be two different problems. the starter is new along with plugs wires cap rotor icm and starter seliond. need help because this is really starting to suck!!!!

you may have a bad battery cable from the selonoid down to the starter, cable may have high resistance in it causing voltage drop.

I converted mine to a 92-95 mini torque and cured the problem.

did yours only do it when the car was running for a while? or did you have the problem all the time?

well I bumped compression and it was more so after it warmed up, it was fine cold, but I knew what the issue was, ..heat soak of the starter, as the Lt headers on mine wrapped around the starter.......if you have such also, that'd explain it

my buddies stang had same prob wouldnt start when got warm . so i jus grabbed a batt cable off a car he had in garage and hooked onto his ground on batt and touched it onto header and he started it right up . so id say try changing your ground wire.
