what makes you think you have a vaccum leak?? you can hook the gauge to a vaccum tree but that won't tell you all that much as to where one may exist expecially if it's a slight leak

cause my idle sucks it surges when rpm's are dropping and a little when standing still and even when im driving car and slowing down i let my foot of gas but still in gear and you can feel car surging down , i connected the vac guage to the intake mani and i got 10 and the car was fine before i swap the intakes i didnt have no faulty sensors, unless the timing not being right makes a car surge like but im pretty sure i timed it right

spray all vaccum lines and gasket sealing surfaces with brake clean and listen for a change in idle = there will be a leak when motor does such
